He grew up in Hardin, Montana—small town, big work ethic. The kind of place where you learn early that if you want something, you go earn it.

After graduating in 2004, he stayed close to home and attended MSU-Billings, where he balanced school and golf. While most people were just trying to get by, he was already building discipline—on the course and in the classroom—eventually earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

But the path didn’t start glamorous.

After college, he took a job as a property inspector. Day in and day out, he walked through houses most people wouldn’t touch—run-down, neglected, and forgotten. What others saw as problems… he started to see as opportunity.

That’s when everything changed.

He launched Big Sky Property Solutions LLC with a simple mission: help homeowners sell the “unsellable.” The houses that sat too long, needed too much work, or came with too many headaches—those became his specialty.

From 2015 to 2020, he took that experience on the road, traveling and speaking at real estate investing events, teaching others how to find and market to motivated sellers. He wasn’t just flipping houses anymore—he was helping others build businesses.

Today, he calls Billings, Montana home.

He’s still in the trenches—flipping houses every single month, turning ugly properties into something valuable again. When he’s not working deals, you’ll find him on the golf course or out on the Bighorn River, fishing and enjoying the lifestyle he built from the ground up.
